RESHMI MURG MASALA RECIPE/RESHMI CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE


Reshmi chicken curry is a soft,creamy and juicy chicken gravy which you can easily prepare at home. When I was searching for some new easy chicken gravy recipes in you tube then I found this recipe from cook with faiza.com  then I immediately tried this recipe. The result was awesome. I loved the texture and aroma of this curry a lot. Ingredients are also so simple and easily available. It well goes with any flat  breads and rice.

Ingredients :


Chicken : 1 kg
Cashew nuts : 25 (blend into fine paste by adding some milk)
Curd/yogurt : 350 ml
Fresh cream/malai : 1/2 cup
Garam masala powder : 1 tea spoon(recipe here)
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tea spoons
Salt to taste
Medium onions : 3 (blend into fine paste)
Green chillies : 2 (slitted)
Coriander leaves : 1/2 cup
Oil : 1/3 cup
Raw papaya paste : 1 table spoon

Method :


Take chicken pieces in a bowl add yogurt,(beat curd or yogurt well before adding)cream,Cashew nut paste, ginger garlic paste,salt,chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,raw papaya paste,1/4 cup of coriander leaves.

Now mix all ingredients well and marinate for 30 minutes. If you don't have raw papaya paste then marinate for 2 hours.

Now heat oil in heavy bottom pan add onion paste and saute until it changes into light Brown color.

Now add chicken marinate and stir it well.

When it begins to a boil ,cover and cook on medium flame until chicken gets tender.(stir in between) no need to add water.

Now when gravy becames thick and oil floats on top add remaining Coriander leaves and green chillies and cook on low flame for few minutes and remove from fire.

Now serve hot with roti or rice.

Mix and marinate for 30 minutes

Meanwhile heat oil in a pan add onion paste

Saute for a while

Add marinated chicken

Bring it to a boil by stirring occasionally

Now cover and cook on medium flame until chicken gets tender

Now add green chillies and coriander leaves

Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes and remove from fire

Now it's done

STRAWBERRY PANNA COTTA RECIPE



Panna cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin or agar agar. We can make so many varieties of panna cotta. But today I'm going to share yummy strawberry panna cotta recipe. Panna cotta has very silky and smooth texture. Making  strawberry panna cotta is so simple and easy. You can easily make panna cotta at home with easily available ingredients. This strawberry panna cotta is filled with delicious taste with fresh strawberry sauce. I used shot glasses to serve panna cotta, you can use any bowls for serving. I'm going to share many panna cotta recipes in my upcoming posts. So stay connected with my blog for more yummy recipes.

Servings : 2 to 3

My one cup measures : 200 ml

Ingredients :


Fresh cream : 1/2 cup (I used amul fresh cream)
Milk : 1/2 cup
Sugar : 3 table spoon
Vanilla essence : 1 1/2 tea spoon
Gelatin : 2 tea spoons

For strawberry sauce :

Frozen or fresh strawberries : 10
Sugar : 1/4 cup

Method :

First take gelatin in a bowl add 2 table spoons of water and keep a side for 5 to 10 minutes.

Now take cream and milk in a pan, add sugar and put this pan on low flame and stir it gently until sugar dissolves, then immediately remove from fire(no need to boil)

Now add gelatin and vanilla essence and stir it well until gelatin melts.

Now pour this mixture into moulds and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.

Meanwhile take strawberries, wash and chop them well, then take chopped strawberries into a blender and blend into a fine puree.

Now take strawberry puree in a pan,add sugar and put this on low flame and stir it gently until sugar dissolves completely.remove from fire.

Now take chilled panna cotta bowls from refrigerator ,pour this strawberry sauce over it and serve.

Take gelatin in a bowl

Add some water and set a side for few minutes

Now take milk and cream in a pan

Add sugar

Put the pan on low flame and stir until sugar dissolves completely

Remove from fire

Now add cooled gelatin

Add vanilla essence

Stir it well until gelatin melts completely


Now pour this into shot glasses or moulds


I just placed them in muffin mould to give cross design

Refrigerate for overnight

Meanwhile take some juicy strawberries

Chop them and take into a blender

Blend into a fine puree

Take strawberry puree and sugar in a pan

Put this on low flame and cook sugar dissolves completely, u can add some water if needed

Remove from fire and let it cool completely

Now panna cotta is well setted

Pour cooled strawberry sauce over the chilled panna cotta

Now it's done

Looks so beautiful and yummy.....

PERUGU PULUSU RECIPE/YOGURT CURRY RECIPE/DAHI KADHI RECIPE


Perugu pulusu is one of the easy Andhra's traditional dish. It is also known as majjiga pulusu. But majjiga pulusu is made with butter milk and this recipe is made with curd. It well  goes with white rice or just soak Vada in this perugu pulusu and your perugu vada is ready. I don't know how others make this recipe, but we always prepare perugu pulusu in this way. We call this as dahi kadhi in our family. Making this perugu pulusu is so easy and simple.

Servings : 4 to 5

Ingredients :


Curd/yogurt/perugu : 300ml
Medium chopped onions : 1
Chopped medium tomato : 1
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves : 2 strings
Mustard seeds : 1 tea spoon
Chopped green chilly : 1
Oil : 2 table spoons
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander leaves : 2 table spoons

Method :


First beat curd well and keep a side.

Now heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, let them crackle.

Now add onions ,Curry leaves and chilly,saute until onions turns into light golden color.

Now add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw flavors disappear.

Now add tomatoes and cook them well, then add turmeric powder and chilly powder,saute for few seconds and then  add salt and 200 ml of water and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes by covering the lid.

Finally add coriander leaves and remove from fire,then add curd and give it a nice stir and serve.

Now add curd

Mix it well

Now it's done
