VEG SPRING ROLLS RECIPE



Yesterday prepared these delicious spring rolls for iftar by using my homemade spring roll sheets they turned super yummy. They are very crunchy and yummy in taste. I made veg filling for this recipe by using capsicum,cabbage and carrots.you can even add beans and sprouts to this filling.

        I used my homemade spring roll sheets click here for recipe ,you can also store bought sheets if they are available at your place.making spring rolls at home is so simple and easy.you just follow my step by step recipe to make yummy veg spring rolls.

Ingredients :

Spring roll sheets : 10 (click here)
Thinly sliced cabbage : 1 cup
Thinly sliced large carrot : 1
Thinly sliced capsicum : 1
sliced onion : 1 (big)
Soy sauce : 1 table spoon
Pepper powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt : 1/2 tea spoon
Oil : 1 table spoon+2 table spoons extra
Maida/all purpose flour : 2 table spoons

Method :

First heat oil in a pan add onions saute for few seconds then add all veggies saute for 2 minutes by adding salt

Now add soy sauce and pepper powder saute for 1 minute then remove from fire and let the mixture cool  completely.

Take a bowl add maida add some water and make a smooth paste

Now take your Spring roll sheets put some filling in it roll it tightly as shown in the picture.Apply some maida mixture on edges and seal them.

Heat oil and fry them till they changes into golden color

Serve hot!!!!!

Cut your veggies

Heat oil add onions

Saute for a while

Add all veggies

Saute for couple of minutes

Add salt

Add soy sauce

Add pepper powder

Saute for 1 minutes then remove from fire

Filling is ready now

Mix some water to flour and make a paste

Take 1 sheet put some filling in it

Roll it tightly

Fold it like this from one side

Fold it from other side

Apply some flour mixture on edges

Roll it tightly

It looks like this

Ready to fry

Heat oil drop these rolls in oil


Fry on both sides


Serve hot!!!!!
