MUGHLAI CHICKEN PARATHA RECIPE




Mughlai paratha is a popular street food in India and Bangladesh. It is stuffed with kheema and eggs. People make these parathas in so many ways. But this recipe is really very tasty. This is best to serve in dinner or breakfast. If you want something new and tasty dish then try this recipe.

Ingredients :

For paratha dough :

Maida : 2 cups
Salt : 1/2 tea spoon
ghee : 2 tea spoons
Water as needed

For stuffing :

Chicken mince : 200 grams
eggs : 4 to 5
Chopped onions : 1 large
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves : 2 table spoons
Oil : 2 table spoons+ 1 table spoon for each paratha
Garam masala : 1/2 tea spoon
Chopped green chillies : 2

Method :

First start with making dough.take a bowl add flour, ghee and salt mix it well then pour water as needed and knead into a dough then rest it for 30 minutes by covering damp cloth.

While dough is resting we will make stuffing.

Take a pan add 2 table spoons of oil then add onions and green chillies saute for few minutes

Now add ginger garlic paste saute till raw flavours disappear

Now add coriander powder,chilly powder, turmeric powder and Garam masala saute for few seconds in medium flame

Now add chicken mince and salt cook for 4 to 5 minutes by stirring continuously. Finally add coriander leaves then remove from fire

Now let the mixture cools completely then take this mixture into a bowl

Now break eggs into kheema mixture and beat it well

Now take dough and divide into equal portions

Now take one portion and roll it into thin paratha

Now put some kheema and egg mixture then fold it as shown in picture

Now heat tawa pour some oil gently put this paratha on tawa pour some oil around paratha and cook on low flame for 3 to 5 minutes by turning in between.

Now serve this yummy mughlai paratha.

Take flour add ghee and salt mix it then pour water
Make a dough and rest it for a while

Heat oil add onions and chillies saute it

Now add ginger garlic paste saute it

Add all dry masalas saute for few seconds


Add chicken mince 

Add salt

Cook till it is done

Finally add coriander leaves then let it cool

Take a bowl add  kheema mixture break eggs into it

Whisk it well

Take some portion of dough sprinkle some flour

Roll it 

Put some egg mixture in rolled paratha

Fold it like this

Heat tawa pour oil then gently place this paratha on tawa

Pour oil around paratha

Fry on both sides on low flame

It's ready to serve!!!
