BUTTER CHICKEN ROAST RECIPE



Butter chicken roast is an yummy dish with an amazing flavors. I have already shared butter chicken gravy recipe here. But today I'm gonna share tasty,tasty butter chicken roast recipe with simple ingredients available in your kitchen.

Ingredients :


Chicken : 1 kg
Butter : 50 grams
Hung curd : 3/4 cup
Cashew nut paste : 1/3 cup
Fresh cream/malai : 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste : 2 table spoons
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder : 1 table spoon
Garam masala powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Pinch of red food color(optional)


Method :


Take chicken and add all ingredients,(except butter). Mix it well and marinate for 2 to 4 hours.

Now heat butter in a pan, add marinated chicken and saute well for few minutes.

Now cover with lid and cook until water dries. (don't add water) stir in between.

Saute well until chicken  get roasted.

Now remove from fire and serve hot.

Take chicken,add hung curd and cashew nut paste

Add ginger garlic paste

Add all spice powders

Add fresh cream

Mix and marinate for 2 to 4 hours

Now heat butter

Add marinated chicken

Stir it well

Cover and cook without adding water

Stir in between

Dry roast chicken well and remove from fire

EASY MANGO PUDDING RECIPE


Mango pudding is an easy and delicious pudding recipe. It has a creamy and yummy taste. I always enjoy making puddings and jellies. This is another addition to my pudding recipes. I hope you too love this recipe. Then give it a try and let me know how it turned out for you.



Ingredients :


Milk : 500 ml
Mango pulp : 2 cups
Gelatin : 2 table spoons
Sugar : 1/2 cup or as per your taste
Vanilla essence


For garnishing :

Whipped cream
Chopped ripe mango

Method :


First take gelatin in a bowl and add some water,soak it for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile boil milk and add sugar, stir constantly until sugar dissolves.

Now remove from fire and add soaked gelatin. Stir it well until gelatin dissolves completely. Or just put back on low flame for few seconds and stir constantly until gelatin dissolves.(don't overcook gelatin)

Now stir constantly until milk reaches to room temperature, then add vanilla essence and mango pulp. Stir it well without lumps.

Now pour this mixture into moulds, refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.

Garnish with whipped cream and chopped mango and serve.

Take gelatin

Soak it in water from 10 minutes

Heat milk in a pan

Add sugar

Stir continuously until sugar dissolves

Now remove pan from heat and add gelatin, stir it well

Now put back the pan over low flame and dissolve gelatin for few seconds

Now remove from fire and add vanilla essence

Stir constantly until it reaches to room temperature

Now add mango pulp

Stir without lumps

Pour this into moulds and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours

Take whipping cream in a bowl

Whip it well until it reaches to stiff peaks

Now our pudding is ready

Garnish with whipped cream and chopped mango

Serve

SWEET CORN KEBABS RECIPE/CORN CUTLETS RECIPE


Hi guys.... Hope you are doing good..... I'm so sorry that I couldn't post many ramzan recipes this month. I was really busy these days. There is a wedding in our in laws and I'm the one to take care of everything in wedding. So I was away from you and my blog. Today I got some time to share another yummy recipe. Today I'm going to share easy corn kebabs recipe. It is quick and easy recipe which tastes really awesome.

Ingredients :


Sweet corn kernels : 1 cup
Medium size boiled and grated potatoes : 3
Bread crumbs : 1/2 cup
Gram flour/Besan : 2 table spoons
Rice flour : 3 table spoons
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Chopped green chillies : 2
Chopped Coriander leaves : 1/3 cup
Chopped medium onions : 1
Chopped small capsicum : 1

Oil for deep frying

Method :


Take corn kernels in blender (reserve 2 tables spoons for later use) blend it coarsely and keep a side.

Now take boiled and grated potatoes in a bowl and add all ingredients,add blended corn and mix it well.

Now refrigerate this mixture for 15 minutes.

Now take some portion of mixture and roll them into a oval shape and drop them in hot oil.

Fry on medium heat until they changes into golden color and take them into a plate and serve hot.

Now take boiled and grated potatoes in a bowl, add capsicum

Add onions

Add green chillies and coriander leaves

Add blended corn

Add some corn kernels

Add all spice powders and salt

Add bread crumbs

Add gram flour and rice flour

Mix it well and refrigerate for 15 minutes

Roll them into oval shape

Drop them in hot oil

Fry until they changes into golden color



Serve hot!!!!!
