Butter paneer masala

Hi.....butter paneer masala is very tasty dish goes well with roti, naan or dosa.this is a most popular dish in india.it has a creamy taste and good flavours......paneercooked in creamy tomatoes and cashew nut sauce......

Ingredients :
Paneer : 200 grams
Chopped onions : 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes : 250 grams
butter : 1 table spoon
Oil : 1 table spoon
Milk : 1 cup
Salt to taste
Kashmiri chilly powder : 1 tspoon
Coriander powder : 1 tspoon
Ginger & garlic paste : 1 tspoon
Cashew nuts : 15 to 20
fresh cream : 2 table spoons
Kasuri methi/dried fenugreek leaves : 1 tspoon
Garam masala : 1/2 tspoon
Coriander leaves : 2 tspoons

Method :

1)first take a pan pour oil and slightly fry the paneer.(this is optional ,you can add paneer directly)

2)in same pan add chopped onions saute for two minutes.

3)now add cashew nuts and saute for few seconds.

4)now add tomatoes and saute for 3 to 5 minutes.

5)now add kasuri methi and saute for few seconds then switch off the flame and let it cool completely

6)now blend this mixture into fine paste.

7)now take a clean pan add butter then add ginger & garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds.

8)now add chilly powder, coriander powder and saute for few seconds.

9)now add blended tomato mixture and saute for few seconds then add paneer and saute it.

10)now pour milk and cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes and switchoff the flame.

11)now add coriander leaves,garam masala and fresh cream and mix it.

12)now yummy butter paneer masala is ready!!!!! Serve hot.
 first take a pan add oil and heat it
 slightly fry paneer
 now take paneer into a bowl
 in same pan add onions
 saute for 2 minutes
 now add cashewnuts and saute for few seconds
 now add tomatoes
 saute for 3 to 5 minutes
 now add kasuri methi and saute for few seconds
 now switchoff the flame and let it cool completely
 now blend tomato and onion mixture into fine paste
 now take a pan add butter
 Now add ginger & garlic paste saute for 30 seconds on medium flame
 now add chilly powder,salt and coriander powder and saute for few seconds
 now add blended tomato mixture and saute for few seconds
 now add paneer to it
 Pour milk
 Saute for few seconds
 now cover with lid and cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes and switchoff the flame
 now add garam masala,Coriander leaves and fresh cream and serve hot.
