STUFFED CHILLI BAJJI/MIRCHI BAJJI/MIRAPAKAYA BAJJI RECIPE



As we all know how mirchi bajji is popular in India. Especially stuffed mirchi bajji. I love mirchi bajji so much. Specially this stuffed mirchi bajji. One day I saw one street vendor making these mirchi bajji they were so tasty. Next day I tried them and they tasted so yummy. I used long chilly for this recipe which are not spicy. Ingredients :

Bajji chilli : 250 grams
Oil for deep frying

For batter :
Besan/chanaga pindi/gram flour : 250 grams
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Hing/inguva/asafoetida : 1/4 tea spoon
pinch of cooking soda
Salt to taste

For stuffing :

Finely chopped onions : 1 large
Besan/gram flour : 1 table spoon
Lemon juice : 1 table spoon
vaamu/ajwain/carom seeds : 1 table spoons (crushed)
finely chopped coriander leaves : 1 table spoon
Salt : 1/2 tea spoon

Method :

First wash chillies make cut in middle as shown in the figure take out the seeds.

Now take a bowl add all stuffing ingredients in it mix it well with your hands and keep this a side.

Now take chillies stuff some onion mixture and keep this a side.

Now take another mixing bowl add all batter ingredients mix well then pour water gradually and make a thick batter.

Now dip stuffed chillies in batter and Drop them in hot oil

Fry on both sides till they changes into golden color and take them into a plate and serve.


Make a slit in middle and take out the seeds

Now take onions and coriander leaves add ajwain

Add gram flour

Squeeze lemon

Mix it well

Stuff this mixture into chillies


Now take gram flour add all batter ingredients

Mix it well

Pour water

Make thick batter

Dip stuffed chillies in batter

Drop them in hot oil

Fry on both sides

Take them into a plate


Serve hot!!!!
