PRAWN MASALA FRY RECIPE



Hi........hope you all are doing well.but I was not feeling good from last few days because of fever,cold and cough. By God's grace I'm doing good and feeling better. Here I'm back to blogging after a week. Today I'm going to share yummy prawns masala fry which I prepared a week back and saved pics in drafts. Finally today I'm going to share this tasty and easy recipe. It well goes with roti or rice. I always serve this prawns masala fry with rice along with dal or rasam.combination tastes so good. I hope you too like this recipe.



Ingredients :

Prawns : 500 grams (cleaned)
Medium chopped onions : 2 to 3
Medium chopped tomatoes : 2
Coriander leaves : 1/3 cup
Curry leaves : 3 strings
Ginger garlic paste : 2 table spoons
Coriander powder : 1 table spoon
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Oil : 1/3 cup
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon


Method :


First take cleaned prawns in a pan, add onions,tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and salt.

Now add 1 cup of water and mix it well. Now put the pan on heat and cook until water gets dry by covering the lid. Stir in between. (add some water if required)

Now heat oil in a pan add cooked prawns and saute well for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add curry leaves and saute for 3 to 5 minutes.

Finally add pepper powder and coriander leaves saute until mixture gets dry and it changes to light Brown color then remove from fire and serve hot.

Add tomatoes

Add ginger garlic paste

Add salt and other spice powders

Add desired water

Mix well and put this pan on heat

Cover and cook

Stir in between

Cook until water gets dry

Now heat oil in a pan

Add cooked prawns

Fry them well

Add curry leaves

Add pepper powder

Fry until mixture gets dry

Finally add coriander leaves and saute for few seconds and remove from fire

Now it's done


Yummy prawn masala fry is ready!!!!!
