CHILLI PANEER RECIPE



Today  I'm  going to share a very simple and tasty chilli paneer recipe. You can make this under 15 minutes and tastes so good. It well goes with fried rice,noodles,schezwan rice. You can serve this with any indo Chinese dish. After Indian food I like to eat Chinese food so much. I have already shared some indo Chinese recipe in my blog.

Ingredients :

Paneer : 250 grams (cut into cubes)(recipe here)
medium cubed onion : 1
Medium cubed capsicum : 1
green chilli : 2
chopped garlic : 1 table spoon
corn flour : 2 table spoons + 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
tomato sauce : 2 table spoons ((recipe here)
Green chilly sauce : 2 tea spoons
Soy sauce : 1 tea spoon
Pinch of red food color : (optional)
oil for deep frying

Method :

First take paneer add 2 table spoons corn flour and salt then sprinkle some water and toss them well

Now drop them in hot oil and fry for few seconds on both sides and take them into a plate

Now take a pan add 1 table spoon of oil add garlic saute for few seconds then add green chilli saute for few seconds

Now add onions and capsicum saute for few seconds (I have not added capsicum because sometimes my kids don't eat capsicum) 

Now add all sauces and color saute for few seconds then add fried panner and saute it

Now now take 1 tea spoon of corn flour add some water mix it well then add this to paneer and saute for few seconds and remove from fire.

Yummy tasty chilli paneer is ready to serve.
Add corn flour and salt to paneer

Sprinkle some water and toss them well

Heat oil add paneer pieces

Fry on both sides (don't fry too much)

Add 1 table spoon of oil to a pan then add garlic

Add green chillies saute well

Add  capsicum and onions saute well

Now add all 3 sauces

Saute it

Add paneer pieces

Add some corn flour mixture

Stir it well

It's done now



Serve hot!!!!
