EGGLESS CHOCOLATE MOUSSE RECIPE



Hi guys...... Jumma Mubarak everyone.... Today I'm going to share an easy and tasty gelatin free and eggless chocolate mousse recipe. This recipe needs just 3 ingredients and also very easy to make. You don't need eggs or gelatin to make chocolate mousse. I used amul fresh cream (low fat) in this recipe. You can also use whipping cream if you have.
Today I'm also gonna show you what is double boiler. Because, so many readers were asking what is double boiler... So, today I will clear your doubt too...

I request you to try this recipe atleast once, because It tastes really awesome. My kids love this chocolate mousse a lot infact my whole family love it. So I often prepare chocolate mousse at home.you too try this recipe and serve to your beloved ones.

Ingredients :

Amul fresh or whipping cream : 200ml
Dark or milk chocolate : 200 grams
Icing sugar : 1/2 cup or as per your taste

Method :


Chill the  fresh cream pack for 12 to 24 hours in refrigerator before using. (no need to put in freezer)

Now take cream into a bowl, discard the water.

Whip the cream until it reaches to stiff peaks. It takes 3 to 5 minutes if your fresh cream is chilled.

Now add icing sugar and whip it for another 4 to 5 minutes or until it reaches to stiff peaks.

Now put this whipped cream in refrigerator for a while.

Now take chocolate and shred it well,take this chocolate in a bowl.

Now add 2 table spoons of water and melt chocolate in a double boiler.

Now let it cool for a while.

Now take whipped cream from refrigerator and add little by little cream to melted chocolate and mix it gently. Finally just beat it for few seconds.

Now take this mousse in a piping bag and pipe in a shot glasses or bowls. Decorate with some chocolate shavings, let them set in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours and serve.


Take chilled fresh cream

Add cream to the bowl and discard this water

Whip the thick part well

Whip until it reaches to stiff peaks

Add icing sugar

Whip it well

Now our whipping cream is ready,Chill it in refrigerator

Take chocolate in a bowl (make sure chocolate is at room temperature)

Shred it well

For double boiler,take some water in a pan and let it boil

Now put chocolate bowl on pan

Add 2 table spoons of water and melt chocolate gently on medium to low flame

Chocolate has melted now

Let it cool for a while

Now take your whipped cream and chocolate

Add whipped cream to the chocolate little by little 

Mix gently


All well mixed now

Take this mixture in piping bag

Pipe it in shot glasses or bowls

Garnish with some chocolate shavings

Chill them in refrigerator for a while

Serve!!!!!!
