CUSTARD JELLY PUDDING RECIPE



Hi..... I hope you all enjoyed your sunday...... Today I'm back with my another tasty and fun recipe for kids. That is custard jelly pudding recipe. This is such an easy and fun recipe for kids which we can make them in minutes. But yes, it takes some to chill and set. I used mango jelly and vanilla flavored custard powder,You can use any flavor of jelly and any flavor of custard powder. Will share more puddings and summer recipes in future posts. Ingredients :

Custard powder : 3 table spoons
Jelly pack : 1
Milk : 500 ml
sugar : 1/4 cup
Fruits for garnishing

Method :

First make jelly as instructions given on your pack. Let it cool for some time.

Now fill half of  your shot glasses or bowls with jelly mixture and set a side until it sets (I kept them slantingly in a muffin tray for cross jelly look)

Now boil milk in a pan and add sugar, stir it well until sugar completely dissolves.

Now mix custard powder with some cold milk and mix without lumps.

Now pour this mixture to boiling milk by stirring continuously.

When the mixture becomes thick remove from fire.

Now let cool completely and add this mixture to jelly bowls. Top with any fruit, chill it for couple of hours and serve.



Take your jelly pack

Prepare as per instructions given on pack


Add captionfill half of the glasses with jelly mixture

Set them in refrigerator until jelly sets well

Meanwhile mix some custard powder with milk

Boil milk in a pan and add sugar

Stir it well until sugar completely dissolves

Add custard mixture to the boiling milk by stirring continuously

It became thick Now

Remove from fire and let it cool completely

Take out jelly glasses from refrigerator



Fill the glasses with custard

Chill it for couple of hours and serve

Yummy!!!!!!!
