Alhumdulillah, it's already 3rd roza today and I'm going to share 4th ramzan recipe. That is baked egg parcels recipe. Baked egg parcels are perfect to serve in iftar and any other parties. Making egg parcels are also very easy. This recipe is inspired from yummy tummy website. It turned really pretty good. If you find puff pastry sheets in your place then replace puff pasty sheet instead of pizza dough.

Pizza dough : (recipe here)
For filling :
Hard boiled eggs : 3
Medium sliced onions : 4
Curry leaves : 2 strings
Chopped coriander leaves : 1/3 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste : 3/4 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander leaves : 1 tea spoon
Oil : 2 table spoons
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Egg : 1
First start making dough (recipe here). Place it in warm place for 1 hour or until it raises into double in volume.
Now to make filling, heat oil in a pan add onions,curry leaves and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute or raw flavor disappears.
Now add all spice powders and saute for few minutes on medium flame. Now add coriander leaves and saute for 1 minute, then remove from fire. Let it cool completely.
Now take boiled eggs and cut them into halves and keep a side.
Now take risen dough and punch down the air. Knead it for few minutes and divide into 6 equal portions.
Now roll each portion into small chapathi shape and put some onion filling in the middle, then put egg over it.
Now fold it from all the sides as shown in the pic and insert a clove.
Now grease oil to your baking pan and arrange egg parcels in it.
Now keep this tray in warm place for 20 minutes.
Now give them a egg wash and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 to 35 minutes or until they changes into golden color in preheated oven. (preheat oven for 10 minutes in 200 degrees)
Now yummy baked egg parcels are ready!!!!

|Meanwhile heat oil and add onions|
|Add curry leaves and saute for 2 to 3 minutes|
|Now add ginger garlic paste|
|Now add salt, all spice powders and saute for few minutes on medium flame|
|Add coriander leaves, saute for 1 minute|
|Remove from fire|
|Let it cool completely|
|Take hard boiled eggs|
|Cut them into halves|
|Grease butter or oil to your baking pan and set a side|
|Take your raisen dough and punch down the air|
|Knead it for few minutes|
|Divide into 6 equal portions|
|Roll into small roti by dusting some flour|
|Place onion mixture and egg|
|Fold it like this|
|And like this|
|Insert a clove|
|Arrange them in Baking tray and place it in warm place for 20 minutes|
|Now apply egg wash well and bake it|
|Tasty egg parcels are ready|
