rose milk popsicle recipe



Hi.......beat this summer with yummy rose milk popsicle.........i enjoy making popsicles, ice creams, kulfi, juices in this summer. In fact I will be waiting for summer season to make many more refreshing recipes.

             It's very hot here in my place, so can't wait for May or April to make popsicles and this is the first popsicle recipe in my blog. Many more refreshing drinks, ice creams and popsicles are yet to come :)

       when I was kid there was a ice factory beside our house,and I used buy lot of popsicles everyday and this rose milk popsicle was the king of all popsicles over there.We enjoy those popsicles everyday..childhood days are really golden days.....

             Ok,coming to this recipe, this is simple and easy recipe to make.i used rooh afza in this recipe......if you have rose syrup you can use that too.

       Try this recipe and let me know how it turns out for you.

Ingredients :

Fresh milk : 500 ml
Sugar : 1/3 cup
Condensed milk : 1/2 cup
Rose syrup/rooh afza : 1/2 cup

Method :

First boil milk in a pan stir for 3 to 4 minutes then add sugar and condensed milk and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and switch off the flame

Let the mixture cool completely

Now add rose syrup /rooh afza to cooled milk mixture and mix it nicely

Now fill popsicle mold with rose milk mixture and put the sticks and freeze for 6 to 8 hours or over night

After freezing it run popsicle mold under running water for few seconds and demold it

If you don't have popsicle molds no problem,just take small steel or plastic glasses pour rose milk mixture in it and cover with aluminum foil or cling wrap just make a hole and insert ice cream sticks or spoons and freeze it.

Now serve this cool cool popsicles and enjoyyyyy!!!!
 boil milk

 let it cool completely then pour rose syrup and mix it
 Fill popsicle molds with rose milk mixture and freeze it
 to make popsicles in glass fill glass with rose milk mixture cover with cling wrap and make a small hole and Insert a spoon or ice cream stick and freeze it
 Run under running water for few seconds then demold it and enjoy the yummy popsicles!!!!
