GARLIC DRY CHUTNEY FOR VADA PAV/LASUN KI CHUTNEY RECIPE



If you want make famous  vada pav at home then you should definitely make this garlic dry chutney. Making this chutney at home is so simple and easy. I love the color and aroma of this chutney a lot. Few days back I made yummy vada pav by using this chutney. Taste was absolutely delicious.

Ingredients :

Dried Red chillies : 4 to 6 
Dried coconut : 1/4 cup
Pea nuts : 1/4 cup
Sesame seeds/til : 2 tea spoons
Salt to taste
Garlic cloves : 10 to 12

Method :

Dry roast all ingredients one by one and Take into a plate.

Now let them cool completely.

Take coconut and red chillies in to a blender and blend into a powder.

Now Add peanuts, sesame seeds and salt, blend into a fine ppowder.

Now add garlic and blend it.(no need to peel garlic)

Now lasun ki chutney is ready to use.


Take coconut in a pan dry roast for few minutes and take into a plate

Dry roast Red chillies and take into a plate

Dry roast pea nuts and take into a plate

Now switch off the flame and add sesame seeds and roast for few seconds

Now take coconut and red chillies into a blender


Blend into a powder

Add Pea nuts, salt and sesame seeds

Blend into a fine powder

Finally add garlic cloves

Blend it

Now aromatic lasun ki chutney is ready!!!!!
