Falooda is  my all time favorite drink in summers. They are very rich in taste as well as proteins. Falooda is a natural beverage which can be easily prepared at home with simple ingredients available in your kitchen. I have already shared Rose falooda and mango falooda here and  here.They are absolutely amazing. But today I'm going to share another yummy falooda recipe, that is pista falooda. Making this pista falooda is also very simple and can be prepared in just 10 minutes. This is completely my version of making pista falooda. You can also add some jelly and ice cream to make your falooda rich and tastier.

Ingredients :

Milk : 1 liter
Vermicelli/semiya : 1/2 cup
Chia seeds/sabja seeds : 2 tea spoon
Sugar : 1/3 cup or as per your taste
thinly sliced nuts : 1/4 cup (I used pista,cashew nuts and almonds)
pista essence : 1/2 tea spoon
green food color : few drops
Corn flour : 2 tea spoon

Method :

First soak chia seeds in water for 15 to 30 minutes.

Now mix corn flour with some water or milk and keep this a side.

Now boil milk in a pan,add vermicelli and stir continuously until vermicelli turns soft.

Now add sugar and nuts stir it well until sugar dissolves completely.

Now add corn flour mixture and stir it continuously until mixture becomes thick.then remove from fire.

Now add essence and food color,  mix it well.

Let it cool completely and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Now take serving glasses add some soaked chia seeds, pour this cooled mixture and serve.

Soak for a while

Take some corn flour

Mix with some water or milk and keep this a side

Now boil milk in a pan

Add vermicelli

Cook it well

Add sugar

Stir it

Add nuts, reserve some for garnishing

Add corn flour mixture

Stir continuously until mixture becomes thick and remove from fire

Now add pista essence

Add green food color

Mix it well and chill it in refrigerator

Now take soaked chia seeds in serving glasses

Pour chilled falooda into serving glasses

Top with ice cream and nuts
