Butter chicken roast is an yummy dish with an amazing flavors. I have already shared butter chicken gravy recipe here. But today I'm gonna share tasty,tasty butter chicken roast recipe with simple ingredients available in your kitchen.

Chicken : 1 kg
Butter : 50 grams
Hung curd : 3/4 cup
Cashew nut paste : 1/3 cup
Fresh cream/malai : 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste : 2 table spoons
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder : 1 table spoon
Garam masala powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Pinch of red food color(optional)
Take chicken and add all ingredients,(except butter). Mix it well and marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
Now heat butter in a pan, add marinated chicken and saute well for few minutes.
Now cover with lid and cook until water dries. (don't add water) stir in between.
Saute well until chicken get roasted.
Now remove from fire and serve hot.
|Take chicken,add hung curd and cashew nut paste|
|Add ginger garlic paste|
|Add all spice powders|
|Add fresh cream|
|Mix and marinate for 2 to 4 hours|
|Now heat butter|
|Add marinated chicken|
|Stir it well|
|Cover and cook without adding water|
|Stir in between|
|Dry roast chicken well and remove from fire|
