Grilled veg mayo sandwich is a simple,tasty and healthy recipe with simple ingredients. It is perfect to pack for picnics, lunch box or any parties. I used my homemade mayonnaise which increases it's taste. Grilling sandwiches are can serve without grilling too. But I like grilled sandwiches a lot. One more thing is I used only cabbage and onions in this recipe which are available in my kitchen. You can even add grated carrots and cucumber.

Ingredients :

Sandwich bread slices : 4
Mayonnaise : 3 table spoons(recipe here)
Grated cabbage : 1 cup
Chopped onion : 1
Chopped capsicum : 1/2 cup
Pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Butter as needed

Method :

Take bread slices, cut the edges and keep a side.

Now take all veggies in a bowl,sprinkle some pepper powder,salt and add Mayonnaise and mix it well.

Now apply some butter to bread slices evenly and spread veggie mixture evenly and cover with bread slice.

Grill them by applying some butter and serve hot.

Cut the edges

Take capsicum in a bowl add cabbage

Add onions

Sprinkle some pepper powder

Add salt

Add mayonnaise

Mix it well

Now our veggie mixture is done

Spread some butter on bread slices

Spread veggie mixture evenly

Cover with another bread slice

Cut them and grill

Yummy mayo sandwich is ready!!!!!
