Chicken red roast is one of my favorite chicken recipe. Also this is our own recipe. Few years my sis in law (hubby's sister) thought me this recipe and it was really amazing. I often make this yummy chicken red roast and every time it was a huge hit. Though I shared this recipe directly in my page year back, I wanted share here with New pics. Trust me this is an amazing dish which you will definitely going to love it. Process is so simple and easy. Just marinate chicken with spices boil and fry it. It well goes with rice, paratha and fried rice.

To marinate :
Chicken : 1 kg
Curd : 200 grams
ginger garlic paste : 1 1/2 table spoons
Red chilly powder : 2 tea spoons
Coriander powder : 1 table spoon
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Chilly sauce : 2 tea spoons
Tomato sauce : 1 table spoon
Soy sauce : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Medium lemon : 1
Sliced onions : 2 Medium
Red food color : 2 pinches
Coconut paste : 1 table spoon (optional)
For frying :
Oil : 1/4 cup
Sliced green chillies : 4
curry leaves : 3 to 4 strings
Pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Take chicken add all marinate ingredients and mix it well. Keep it a side for 1 to 2 hours.
Now take marinated chicken in a heavy bottom vessel and cook chicken until water gets dry. Don't add any water while cooking.
Now heat oil in non stick pan add boiled chicken then add curry leaves,pepper powder and green chillies.
Now fry until chicken gets dry....that's it yummy chicken red roast is ready to serve.
|Take chicken add all sauces|
|Add all spice powders|
|Add ginger garlic paste|
|Squeeze lemon,add food color|
|Mix and marinate for 1 to 2 hours|
|Now after 2 hours take marinated chicken in a vessel and let boil|
|Cook until water gets dry without adding water|
|Heat oil in a pan and add boiled chicken|
|Add green chillies and curry leaves|
|Saute until chicken gets dry|
|Now it's done|
