MERINGUE KISSES RECIPE



Meringue kisses are a very light, airy and sweet cookies. Tastes crispy and sometimes chewy inside.making these meringue kisses are so simple and easy with only 3 to 4 ingredients. I made these meringue cookies in many times in many shapes like rossets etc., but today I'm sharing a basic version of meringue kisses. You can also make them at home very easily,all you have to do for perfect meringue is beat the sugar and egg whites mixture until smooth ,silky and stiff peaks.

Ingredients :

Egg whites : 2
Castor Sugar/Granulated Sugar : 1/2 cup/100 grams
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
food colors : as per your taste (optional)

Method :

First take egg whites in clean and dry bowl. Whisk until it reaches to foamy and stiff peaks consistency.

Now add one table spoon of  sugar at a time gradually and whisk on low speed until sugar has completely dissolved.

It should be creamy, smooth and silky consistency.

Now add vanilla essence and whisk for some time.

Now take a piping bag and apply some color inside. It is completely optional,  if you want you can add directly to mixture or you can bake plain white colored kisses.

Now take meringue mixture in piping bag and pipe little kisses in lined baking tray.

Now bake them for 1 hour in 90 to 100 degrees centigrade.

Let them cool completely in oven and serve.
Line your baking to with parchment paper


Take egg whites in a clean and dry bowl

Start beating egg whites on low speed


Whisk until it reaches to stiff peaks

Now gradually add sugar

Whisk it well

Repeat the same process

Whisk until sugar is completely dissolved

Whisk until it reaches to stiff peaks

Now add vanilla essence

Whisk for some time

Take a piping bag and apply color inside


Take meringue mixture in piping bag

Pipe little kisses on lined baking tray


Bake them

They are baked well Now

ONION PAKODA RECIPE/PYAAZ KE PAKORE RECIPE


onion pakoda or pyaaz ke pakore is famous indian street snacks which are crispy, crunch and yummy in taste. Making these pakodas are very easy and a very quick recipe. They tastes really, really delicious.best way to satisfy your tummy in evenings with these awesome pakodas. I have more pakora recipes in my mind will sure share those recipes with you all soon.

Ingredients :

Medium size onions : 4 (very thinly sliced)
chopped green chillies : 2
Chopped curry leaves : 2 strings
Chopped coriander leaves : 2 table spoons
Ginger garlic paste : 1/2 tea spoon
besan/gram flour/chanaga pindi : 200 grams
chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tea spoon
Garam masala : 1/2 tea spoon (optional)
Salt to taste

Method :

First take thinly sliced onions in a bowl add all ingredients except gram flour,then mix it well with your hands.

Now add gram flour and mix it well with your hands. Don't add water to mix it.

Now heat oil in a pan and drop the pakoda mixture with your hands carefully.

Fry on both sides until they changes into golden color, take them into a plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup.


Take thinly sliced onions 

Add all ingredients except gram flour

Mix it well well with your hands

Now add gram flour

Mix it without adding water

Now drop them in hot oil


Fry on both sides until golden color

Take them into a plate

Serve hot....!!!!!

LAUKI KA HALWA RECIPE/BOTTLE GOURD HALWA/SORAKAYA HALWA RECIPE



Hi, I'm back with my another yummy recipe. Today I'm going to share yummy lauki ka halwa. This halwa tastes so yummy and tasty. Yesterday I made this yummy halwa at home . Hubby bought bottle gourds which are grown in our farms. Immediately this recipe came to my mind and I made it. To make this halwa always use bottle gourds which are firm and not tender ones.

Servings : 6 to 8


 Ingredients :

Bottle gourd/lauki : 1 kg
Sugar : 350 grams
Ghee : 100 grams
Khoya/mava : 150 grams(recipe here)
elaichi/cardamom : 4 to 5
Cashew nuts and almonds : 30
milk : 250 ml

Method :

First take bottle gourd,  peel the skin and take out the  soft part and grate them nicely.

Now heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan add nuts and fry until golden color and take into a plate.

Now in the same pan add grated bottle gourd and cook until water gets dry and raw flavors disappear.

Now pour milk , cover and cook until mixture turns soft by stirring in between. add some water if needed.

Now add sugar and mix it well. Cover and cook by stirring in between.

Now add khoya and mix it well.

Meanwhile add cardamom powder and mix it and cook until water gets dry by stirring continuously.

Finally sprinkle fried nuts and remove from fire and serve.

Take bottle gourd

Cut into halves

Peel the skin

Take out the inner soft part

Grate them well

Heat ghee in a pan add cashew nuts and almonds

Fry until golden color and take into a plate

In same pan add grated bottle gourd

Saute well

Saute until raw flavors disappear and water gets dry

Now add milk

Stir it well

Cover and cook until it becomes soft by stirring in between

It is cooked well now

Add sugar

Mix it well

Cover and cook by stirring in between

Now add khoya

Mix it well

Add cardamom powder

Cook until water gets dry by stirring continuously

Finally add fried nuts and remove from fire



Yummy lauki ka halwa is ready!!!!!
