Here is an another healthy and easy carrot juice recipe loaded with lots of vitamins and minerals. Carrots are very good for eyes, skin,nails as well as your liver functions. So making carrot juice at home is a smart way to give your whole body a boost. Making this carrot juice is so easy to make and tastes delicious. I made in a healthy way using a dash of lemon and honey in it. You can add some sugar instead of honey.

Ingredients :

Carrots : 250 grams
Honey/sugar : 2 table spoons
Lemon : 1/2 
water : 300 ml

Method :

First peel, wash and chop carrots.

Take chopped carrots into a blender, pour water and blend into a fine puree.

Now strain the puree, add some water if required.

Press the pulp well and take out the juice.

Now add honey and lemon juice mix it and serve immediately.

Note : 

You can add some ice cubes while blending carrots.

Adjust sugar/honey as per your taste.
Peel ,wash and chop Carrots

Take into a blender pour water

Blend it for few minutes

Pour into a strainer

Strain it well

Squeeze lemon juice

Add honey 

Mix it well
