WHEAT FLOUR HONEY OATS BREAD RECIPE


Hi, hope you are doing good. Today I'm going to share a healthy wheat flour honey oats bread recipe. This bread is made with whole wheat flour,oats flour and honey. Loaded with lots of proteins and minerals. Making this bread at home is pretty simple. I always try to make some healthy breads for my kids. My elder daughter rida was suffering from fever from past two days. I don't want to give that white bread which is made with Maida. So, prepared this healthy and tasty bread for her. By God's grace She is feeling better now. If you are health conscious and want to try tasty and healthy homemade bread then you should definitely try this recipe. It tastes really good and texture is soft.

 Ingredients :

Wheat flour : 3 1/2 cups
Oats : 1/2 cup (I used instant oats)
honey : 2 table spoons
Luke warm water : 1 1/2 cups
Milk powder : 1 table spoons
yeast : 2 tea spoons
Butter : 2 table spoons
salt : 1/2 tea spoon
sugar : 2 table spoons
Oil for greasing


Method :


First take Luke warm water in a bowl add butter,yeast,sugar and honey mix it well ,set a side for 10 to 15 minutes and let it bloom

Now take oats in a blender, blend into a fine powder

Now take wheat flour add oats flour,milk powder and salt and mix it well

Now add yeast mixture and mix it well

Now knead into a soft dough add some water if needed (dough should be little bit sticky)

If you are using electric beater knead for 6 to 7 minutes on High speed. If you are using your hands knead for 15 to 20 minutes.

Now place this dough in well greased bowl, cover with cling wrap and put this bowl in a warm place for 1 hour or until it raise into double in size.

Now take raised dough knead it for couple of minutes roll it into log and place in greased loaf pan again put this pan In warm place let raise into double in size sprinkle some oats on top.

Now preheat the oven in 200 degrees for 10 minutes and bake for 20 minutes then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Now let it cool completely demold it,slice and serve.

Add butter and yeast to Luke warm water

Add honey

Add sugar

Mix it well and set a side

Take oats in a blender

Blend into a fine powder

Yeast had bloomed

Take wheat flour,add oats powder

Add milk powder and salt


Mix it well
Add yeast mixture

Mix it well (add water if required)

Knead into a soft and smooth dough

Place this dough in well greased bowl and apply some oil on dough

Cover with cling wrap and let it rise into double

Now it is well risen

Punch down the air and knead for couple of minutes

Flatten the dough

Roll it

Make log shape

Seal the edges

Grease oil well to loaf pan

Place this in loaf pan and let rise into double

Bake it

Let cool completely

Demold it

Slice it and serve!!!!
