TUTTI FRUTTI CUPCAKES RECIPE



This is my last Christmas recipe for this recipe. I wanted to share this yummy and easy with you all. Recently made 60 cupcakes for my daughter's birthday to distribute in her school. She told me that everyone loved them a lot. This is an very easy recipe for beginners in baking. You can add chocolate chips instead of tutti frutti and make them chocolate chip cupcakes. So, give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you.


Ingredients :

All purpose flour/maida : 1 1/2 cup
Eggs : 2
Butter : 100 grams
powdered sugar : 1 cup
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
baking powder : 1 tea spoon
baking soda : 1/4 tea spoon
warm milk : 1/3 cup
Tutti frutti : 1/2 cup

My 1 cup measures 200ml (all ingredients must be in room temperature)

Makes : 12 to 15 cupcakes


Method :


Bring butter to room temperature then add powdered sugar and beat it well.

Now add eggs one at a time and beat it well

Now add vanilla essence and beat it well.

Now take a sieve add flour, baking powder and baking soda sift it well and add this flour gradually to butter and egg mixture and mix it well without lumps finally pour milk and mix well.

Now take tutti frutti in a bowl add some flour and toss them well and add it to batter and mix it gently.

Now preheat oven in 180 degrees

Line muffin tray with paper cups and add a medium scoop of batter in muffin mold tap the mold once. 

Now bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 180 degrees.

Now let it cool completely and demold it and serve.

Take all dry ingredients in a seive

Sift it well

Add flour little by little

Mix it gently

Add milk and mix it

Take tutti frutti

Add in some flour

Toss them well

Add it to batter

Mix it


Line baking tray with cupcakes

Spoon some batter to moulds

Sprinkle some tutti

Bake them

Christmas bon bons recipe



These Christmas bon bons are so chocolatey and so delicious. Also very easy to make. I used my leftover Christmas pudding to make these bon bons,but you can even use plum cake in this recipe. Tastes so good.just prepare and pack them and gift it for your loved ones.

Ingredients :


Christmas pudding or plum cake : 400 grams
Dark chocolate : 200 grams
White chocolate : 100 grams
Honey : 1/4 cup
Green and red tutti frutti for garnishing.

Method :


Take your Christmas pudding and crumble it well and keep a side.

Now take dark chocolate and shred it well and melt it over a double boiler.

Now add this melted chocolate and honey, mix it really well.

Now make small balls and arrange them in lined tray.

Now freeze them for 30 minutes.

Now take white chocolate in a bowl and melt it over a double boiler.

Now put half spoon of white chocolate on freezed balls and garnish with tutti frutti and serve.

Take some Christmas pudding

Crumble it

Take dark chocolate and shred it

Melt it over a double boiler

Add crumbled pudding

Mix it well

Roll them into small balls

Arrange them in a lined tray and freeze it for 30 minutes

Take white chocolate

Melt it

Now pour some white chocolate over it

Garnish with tutti frutti

Serve
