TUTTI FRUTTI CUPCAKES RECIPE



This is my last Christmas recipe for this recipe. I wanted to share this yummy and easy with you all. Recently made 60 cupcakes for my daughter's birthday to distribute in her school. She told me that everyone loved them a lot. This is an very easy recipe for beginners in baking. You can add chocolate chips instead of tutti frutti and make them chocolate chip cupcakes. So, give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you.


Ingredients :

All purpose flour/maida : 1 1/2 cup
Eggs : 2
Butter : 100 grams
powdered sugar : 1 cup
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
baking powder : 1 tea spoon
baking soda : 1/4 tea spoon
warm milk : 1/3 cup
Tutti frutti : 1/2 cup

My 1 cup measures 200ml (all ingredients must be in room temperature)

Makes : 12 to 15 cupcakes


Method :


Bring butter to room temperature then add powdered sugar and beat it well.

Now add eggs one at a time and beat it well

Now add vanilla essence and beat it well.

Now take a sieve add flour, baking powder and baking soda sift it well and add this flour gradually to butter and egg mixture and mix it well without lumps finally pour milk and mix well.

Now take tutti frutti in a bowl add some flour and toss them well and add it to batter and mix it gently.

Now preheat oven in 180 degrees

Line muffin tray with paper cups and add a medium scoop of batter in muffin mold tap the mold once. 

Now bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 180 degrees.

Now let it cool completely and demold it and serve.

Take all dry ingredients in a seive

Sift it well

Add flour little by little

Mix it gently

Add milk and mix it

Take tutti frutti

Add in some flour

Toss them well

Add it to batter

Mix it


Line baking tray with cupcakes

Spoon some batter to moulds

Sprinkle some tutti

Bake them

TUTTI FRUTTI COOKIES/KARACHI BISCUITS RECIPE S



Here is the another yummilicious Christmas tutti frutti cookies. I just love making cooking cookies at home. Homemade cookies are absolutely delicious and healthy too. These tutti frutti cookies are so tasty with yummy buttery flavour. I used my homemade tutti frutti at home and they just turned wow!!!!! I have already shared tutti frutti cookies recipe in my Facebook page directly couple of years bac, but never got time to share in my page, finally I decided to bake some yummy cookies and baked on Friday. They turned so yummy as always.these cookies also have another name that is Karachi biscuits which are very famous in Hyderabad. You just need few basic ingredients available in your kitchen to bake these yummy biscuits. So, give this a try and let me know how they turned out for you.





Makes : 30 biscuits 


Ingredients :


All purpose flour/maida : 250 grams 
Unsalted butter : 150 grams 
Corn flour : 50 grams 
Tutti frutti : 100 grams
Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
Powdered sugar : 150 grams 
Milk : as required
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon 
Cashew nuts : 15 (chopped)

Method :


Take maida in a bowl, add corn flour,baking powder and mix it well. Then add cashew nuts and tutti frutti and mix it well.

Now take softened butter in a bowl and add powdered sugar and beat it well until it becomes creamy and fluffy.then add vanilla essence and mix it well.

Now add flour mixture and mix it well until all ingredients are well combined.

Add few drops of milk if your dough mixture is too stiff. Don’t knead dough too much, just combine all ingredients well.

Now take dough in cling wrap and wrap it well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Now sprinkle some flour on clean surface and roll the dough into  1/4 inch hight. Now sprinkle some tutti frutti on top and roll it gently.

Now cut them into squares and arrange them in lined baking tray and bake them for 15 to 20 minutes in 180 degrees Celsius in preheated oven.(preheat oven for 10 minutes in 180 degrees)

Now take baked biscuits from the oven and let them cool completely and store them in airtight container s and serve.

BASIC BAKING TOOLS AND ESSENTIALS FOR BEGINNERS/BAKING FOR BEGINNERS GUIDE


Hi, I'm receiving so many requests from viewers to share a post on baking tools and essentials for beginners and today finally I decided share with you all. I'm feeling really happy and excited to share my baking experiences with you all. I love baking. In my initial days I was so excited to bake a cake, but don't know how to bake and where to start, what are the things I need to buy. But thanks to my cousin mizba,She bought measuring cups and spoons from banglore, because they were not available in nellore on that time. She told me some basic oil based cake recipe without oven. I tried with so much of excitement. But my bad luck it was totally flop. Tried again and again but no use. Then I decided to buy a electric beater and other baking tools. Then I orederd them from online and started baking a cake with same recipe which my cousin was given to me. Can you imagine, it was a huge hit. Then I understood baking tools are very important to bake a perfect cake. Without taking any baking classes and watching lots of baking videos, trying everytime a new recipe, today I'm here with you all by sharing these tips with 4 years of baking experience.



So, today I'm going to share a breif post on basic baking tools which are very important for beginners in baking..These baking tools plays a key role in baking. So, I hope this post helps you alot.

Measuring cups and spoons




Correct Measurements are very important to bake a perfect cake. So, you will need these measuring cups and spoons.

Electric beater and hand whisk


Electric beater is very useful in baking. Especially for oil based cake, to make a perfect butter cream, to knead bread or pizza doughs. Hand whisk also a needed tool to mix batters and to beat butter based cake. But comparing to electric beater hand whisk takes little long time to beat.

Spatula and brush





Spatula is to mix batters and silicon brush is to grease oil or butter to baking pans.

Parchment paper



Parchment paper or baking paper is another important tool, this is used to line your baking pans and trays. Cakes or any other baked goodies comes out very easily by lining this Parchment paper.

Cake moulds

Cake moulds comes in different shapes and sizes. If you are a beginner, I suggest you buy an 6 to 8 inch aluminum cake mould. This is my first cake mould which I bought.


I have different shapes and sizes of cake moulds. I mostly use These spring moulds to prepare cheese cakes.

Loaf pan or bread mould



Loaf pans are used to bake breads and loaf cakes. These are also available in different sizes.


Muffin tray




Muffin trays are used to bake cupcakes and muffins. But for better results line with papercups.

I have shared these all things with my experience. There are many other types of baking tools, cake decorating tools, different types of cake molds.
