PANEER CUTLETS RECIPE/PANEER TIKKI RECIPE



Hi guys....... Happy all of you..... I hope you are enjoying your holiday. But for me it’s really a hectic day. Today is my elder daughter rida’s birthday. Made bmw logo cake as per her demand 😀. Just  now completed the cake and little tired. But, as you all know blogging boosts my energy. So, here I’m with another new recipe. That is yummy paneer cutlets. They are so crispy and crunchy exterior and soft tasty interior. It’s very easy and tasty recipe which you can make in minutes. Perfect for evening snacks or they can be served any parties. Everyone will love them a lot...

Ingredients :


Grated paneer : 250 grams 
Boiled and grated potatoes : 150 grams 
Aamchur powder/raw mango powder : 1 tea spoon
Chopped green chillies : 2
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon :
Salt to taste 
Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon 
Garam masala : 1/2 tea spoon
Rice flour : 1/2 cup/50 grams 
Oil for deep frying
Chopped coriander leaves : 2 table spoons 
Bread crumbs : 1 cup or as needed 
Maida/all purpose flour : 1/4 cup

Method :


First take grated paneer in a bowl and add all ingredients and mix it well .

Now roll them into round patties and keep a side.

Now take maida in a bowl and add 1 cup of water and make a thin paste.

Now dip patties in maida paste and roll them in bread crumbs and coat them well.

Now drop them in hot oil gently and fry on both sides until they changes into golden color and serve.


Method :


Take grated paneer in a bowl

Add boiled and grated potatoes

Add all spice powders

Add ginger garlic paste

Add chillies and coriander leaves

Add rice flour

Mix it well and form a dough

Take some portion and roll them into cutlets


Now take maida in a bowl

Add water and make thin paste

Now it's time to fry

Now dip patties in maida mix

Roll and coat them well with bread crumbs

Drop them hot oil

Fry on both sides until they changes into golden color

Take them into tissue paper


Serve hot

MASALA VADA RECIPE



Masala vada is a very popular south Indian dish. It is mostly served in breakfast or as tea time snack. Masala vada is also a street food in Andhra and tamilnadu. They tastes so good. Crispy exterior and soft interior. I serve them with idly, lemon rice and dosa. We also make vada curry by using these vada. Will share that recipe some day.

Makes 10 to 12 vadas.


Ingredients  :


Pachhi sanagapappu/chana dal/Bengal gram : 1 cup
Chopped medium onion : 1
Chopped green chillies : 2
Chopped curry leaves : 2  strings
Chopped coriander leaves : 2 table spoons
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 3/4 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Cooking soda : 1 pinch
Oil for deep frying

Method :


Soak dal for 3 to 4 hours and wash it well and drain the water.

Now take dal in to a blender,add ginger garlic paste,salt, cooking soda,garam masala powder.

Now blend it coarsely without adding water. (Just pulse it for few seconds)

Now take this mixture into a bowl and add remaining ingredients and mix it well.

Now take some portion of vada mixture, press it with your both hands gently and give a vada shape as shown in pic and drop them in hot oil.

Fry until they changes into golden color and take into a plate and serve.

Blend it coarsely without adding water

Now take this vada mixture into a bowl,add onions and chillies

Add curry leaves and coriander leaves

Mix it well

Give it a vada shape

Drop them in hot oil

Fry on both sides until they changes into golden color

Take them into a plate

Serve hot

SOYA KHEEMA BALLS RECIPE/SOYA CHUNKS PAKODA RECIPE



Climate is very cool here in nellore after so many months. Also it's raining here from 3 days. Yes, it's a rainy season for us now and I'm enjoying these rainy days a lot. Because November,December and January are my favorite months.  because it's winter time. So, I wanted to make some new and hot dishes for my kids to enjoy these rainy days. I can have only one piece because of my diet.

          I prepared these tasty soya kheema balls couple of days back and tasted so good.I fried them in two ways like pakoda and balls. Both ways tasted yum. So I named them as pakoda and balls. Ingredients also so simple and easily available. I hope you will give this a try and let me know how they turned.


Servings : 2 to 3 persons


My 1 cup measures 200ml


Ingredients :


Soya chunks : 1 cup
Gram flour/Besan : 1/4 cup
Rice flour : 1/4 cup
Medium chopped onion : 1
Chopped Chopped leaves : 2 table spoons
Chopped curry leaves : 2 strings
Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Oil for deep frying

Method :


First cook soya chunks as shown Here.

Now take them into a blender and blend it coarsely without adding water.

Now take soya kheema is ready. Take it into a bowl and add all ingredients and mix it well.

Now roll them into small balls and drop them into hot oil and fry until they changes into golden and serve.

Drop them in hot oil

Fry until they changes into golden color

Take into a plate

Serve hot.
