Masala vada is a very popular south Indian dish. It is mostly served in breakfast or as tea time snack. Masala vada is also a street food in Andhra and tamilnadu. They tastes so good. Crispy exterior and soft interior. I serve them with idly, lemon rice and dosa. We also make vada curry by using these vada. Will share that recipe some day.
