DAHI KE KEBAB RECIPE/YOGURT CUTLETS RECIPE



Hi guys ......hope you all enjoying your sunday. Today I'm going to share yummy dahi ke kebab which I made yesterday. They tastes really yummy. Perfect for tea time or any parties. You will very few ingredients to make these kebabs.

I hope you will give this a try and let me know how they turned out for you.


Ingredients :

Curd/yogurt : 500 ml
Roasted gram flour/besan : 1/4 cup
Grated paneer : 1/2 cup
Chopped green chilly : 1
Chopped coriander leaves : 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Thinly sliced nuts : 2 table spoons (I used cashews and almonds)
pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1/2 tea spoon (optional)
corn flour : 1/4 cup or as needed
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Oil : 2 to 3 table spoons

Method :

First take curd in a muslin cloth and hung it over a time and leave it for 4 to 5 hours.

Now take hung curd in a bowl, add all ingredients, except oil and corn flour.

Now mix it well with your hands,cover and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Now take some portion and make kebabs, now roll them in corn flour.

Now drizzle some oil on tawa or pan, place kebabs gently on pan and shallow fry them on both sides on low flame until they changes into golden color.

Now take them into a plate and serve hot with chutney or sauce.


Take curd in muslin cloth and hung it over a tap for 4 to 5 hours


Take hung curd in a bowl add grated paneer

Add sliced nuts

Add coriander leaves and green chillies

Add roasted gram flour

Add all spices and salt

Mix it well

Cover and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes

Roll them into kebabs

Coat with corn flour

Shallow fry on low flame

Fry on both sides until they changes into golden color

Now they are ready

Serve hot!!!!

paneer tikka recipe


Here is an another lipsmacking recipe paneer tikka!!!!!!!!

Paneer tikka is a yummy Indian dish which is made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) along with marinate of flavorful Indian spices.

         We can cook this dish in oven,charcoal grill,tandoor and in pan.but I like when it is cooked in charcoal grill or pan.in oven also it tastes good.

Ingredients :

Paneer : 500 grams
Large cubed onion : 1
Large cubed capsicum : 1
Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste : 1 table spoon
Oil : 1 table spoon + extra for basting
Chat masala : 1 tea spoon
Lemon juice : 1 table spoon
Pinch of red food color
Hung curd : 1/2 cup
salt to taste

Preparation :

First take paneer pieces and add all ingredients except oil and mix it well then add 1 table spoon of oil and keep it a side for 1 to 2 hour

If you want to grill in oven then preheat oven in 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes

Take baking tray line with aluminum foil

Now take skewer or toothpick then insert onion piece then capsicum piece then paneer piece

Repeat same process for remaining pieces

Now arrange these skewers in baking tray and grill them in 200 degrees Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes by basting oil in between (don't over grill paneer or else it becomes hard)

If you want make in pan,heat some oil in a pan then place skewers in it and fry on both sides till it changes into light golden color.

Now enjoy this yummy paneer tikka
 Take your ingredients
 add all ingredients except oil mix it
 Then pour oil and mix well
 marinate it
 Grill it

 Apply oil in between
Or fry in pan!!!!
