Hi guys ......hope you all enjoying your sunday. Today I'm going to share yummy dahi ke kebab which I made yesterday. They tastes really yummy. Perfect for tea time or any parties. You will very few ingredients to make these kebabs.

Ingredients :
Curd/yogurt : 500 ml
Roasted gram flour/besan : 1/4 cup
Grated paneer : 1/2 cup
Chopped green chilly : 1
Chopped coriander leaves : 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Thinly sliced nuts : 2 table spoons (I used cashews and almonds)
pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1/2 tea spoon (optional)
corn flour : 1/4 cup or as needed
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Oil : 2 to 3 table spoons
Method :
First take curd in a muslin cloth and hung it over a time and leave it for 4 to 5 hours.
Now take hung curd in a bowl, add all ingredients, except oil and corn flour.
Now mix it well with your hands,cover and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now take some portion and make kebabs, now roll them in corn flour.
Now drizzle some oil on tawa or pan, place kebabs gently on pan and shallow fry them on both sides on low flame until they changes into golden color.
Now take them into a plate and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
Take curd in muslin cloth and hung it over a tap for 4 to 5 hours |
Take hung curd in a bowl add grated paneer |
Add sliced nuts |
Add coriander leaves and green chillies |
Add roasted gram flour |
Add all spices and salt |
Mix it well |
Cover and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes |
Roll them into kebabs |
Coat with corn flour |
Shallow fry on low flame |
Fry on both sides until they changes into golden color |
Now they are ready |
Serve hot!!!! |
