MUMBAI VADA PAV RECIPE /VADA PAV RECIPE

Vada pav is a famous street food in Maharashtra. Not only in Maharashtra it is now famous in all over india. This is nothing but our Indian burger. Instead of cheese, mayonnaise and sauses we use 3 different types of chutneies in making vada pav. They are Tamarind sweet chutney, green chutney and Garlic dry chutney.  The key ingredients Are pav buns and bata vada, I have already shared two types of  pav buns recipe  Here and Here. The cool thing is you can have it in breakfast, dinner or in tea time. Though it takes some time to make, but it completely worth of time. You can use store bought chutneies and pav buns. But I made every thing at home. After all homemade is homemade.

I hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you.
