PANEER TIKKA MASALA RECIPE

Paneer tikka masala is a favourite of many people and very popular Punjabi dish. It first you have to make paneer tikka to make paneer tikka masala. The tikka recipe is very versatile and can be grilled or pan fried. I have shown pan fried method. This method is easy to follow who don't have oven.

To make gravy I suggest you to choose un sour tomatoes. Because sour tomatoes may spoil the taste of gravy and gravy may tastes tangy. You can serve this gravy with rice, roti or naan. I serve this yummy paneer tikka masala with plain kulcha. Combination was so yum!!!!
