This is very simple recipe,easy to make and yummy in taste.this is perfect for dinner,breakfast,lunch box and even evening snacks for kids,i always prepare for my kids as evening snacks.so,let's get started!!!!!!!
Pasta : 250 grams
Tomatoes : 250 grams
Chopped onions : 1 (medium)
Finley chopped garlic : 2 tspoon
Olive oil/veg oil : 1/4 cup
Tomato sauce : 2 table spoons
Chilly flakes/chilly powder : 1/2 tspoon
Oregano : 1/4 tspoon
Fresh parsley/dried parsley : 1/4 tspoon
Salt to taste

I have made some changes to make more easy and tasty...in original recipe they added cheese if you want you can add grated cheese.
1)first take a vessel boil lot of water then add salt and pasta to it.
2)cook pasta for 6 to 8 minutes and drain the extra water and spread it in a plate.
3)blend tomatoes in to fine paste and keep it a side.
4)now heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic saute for 1 to 2 minutes
5)then add chopped onions and saute for 3 to 5 minutes.
6)now add chilly flakes and saute for few seconds then add tomato puree and salt cook it well
7)now add oregano,parsley and tomato sauce saute for few seconds and add boiled pasta then saute for 2 to 3 minutes and then switch off the flame.
