Besan/Gram flour/chanaga pindi : 400 grams
Pepper corns : 1 1/2 table spoons
salt to taste
butter : 50 grams
Hot oil : 1/4 cup
Oil for deep frying
First coarsely blend pepper corns and keep it a side.
Now take besan add salt blended pepper corns mix it well
Now add hot oil and butter mix it.
Now add water little by little and make a dough
Now take muruku press fill with dough and press on plastic cover and add to hot oil. (u can press directly in oil if u wish)
Fry on medium heat on both sides until it changes into light golden color.
Take them into a plate,let them cool completely and store in airtight container and serve.
|Take pepper corns into a blender|
|Blend it coarsely|
|Take besan add coarsely blended pepper and salt|
|Mix it well|
|Add hot oil and butter then mix it|
|Add water little by little and make dough|
|Make a log shape|
|I used this plate for muruku|
|Fill muruku press with dough|
|Press on plastic wrap for good shape|
|Drop it in hot oil|
|Fry on both sides on medium heat until it changes to light golden color|
|Take into a plate|
|It's done now|
|Let them cool completely|
