Matka kulfi is an Indian dessert traditionally served in earth pots. Kulfi is an Indian ice cream which is made with whole milk and nuts, flavored with cardamoms. There are many types of kulfi. I have already shared malai kulfi recipe here. Today I'm going to share traditional matka kulfi recipe. Which tastes so delicious in this summer. I request you to try this recipe atleast once.
