Hi,assalaamalikum....... I'm back to blogging after 1 month!!!!!!!! I had been to Mecca to perform umrah and came back with bundle of joy,happiness(mashaallah).Alhumdulillah those were a great days in my life. after taking rest for few days here I'm with my another easy ramzan iftar recipe. Yes, from today onwards I will be sharing ramzan recipes. Feeling happy right.
Ok, coming to today's recipe,today I'm gonna share an easy sabudana vada recipe. It is an north Indian dish made with sago(sabudana) and with other simple ingredients available in kitchen.tastes so good. Crispy from outside and soft from inside. So, give it a try and let me know how it turned out for you.
Ingredients :
Sabudana/sago : 350 grams
Boiled medium potatoes : 4
Finely Chopped ginger : 1 table spoon
Chopped green chillies : 2
Cumin seeds /jeera : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves : 1/4 cup
Roasted pea nuts : 1/3 cup
Oil for deep frying
Method :
First soak sago in water for 6 hours or overnight. Drain the water well.
Now take boiled and peeled potatoes,mash them well.
Blend roasted peanuts coarsely and keep a side.
Now add drained sago and other all ingredients and mix it well.
Now take Big portion of sago mixture and make vada shape and drop them in hot oil.
Fry on both sides until they changes in to light golden color and crispy.
Take them into a plate and serve.

Add coriander leaves |

Mix it well with your hands |

Take large portion and make vada |
|
Drop them in hot oil |
|
Fry on both sides |
|
Fry until golden color and take into a plate |

Serve!!!! |
