Momos became my favorite food in recent times. They are so healthy and tasty. But with out this red chutney momos are really incomplete. This red chutney tastes spicy and tangy. This chutney is made of very simple ingredients like tomatoes, red chillies, ginger and garlic. I'm going to share lots of momos recipes in my blog. So thought to share this basic yummy chutney which increases momos taste to another level.so, keep checking my blog for more interesting,yummy and easy recipes.

Ingredients :
Red large tomatoes : 2
Dried red chillies : 7 to 8 or aadjust as per your taste
Chopped ginger : 1 tea spoon
Chopped garlic : 1 tea spoon
Vinegar : 2 tea spoons
Sugar : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Method :
First take tomatoes and red chillies, make slashes on tomatoes gently.
Now take tomatoes and chillies in a pan add 1 1/2 cups of water, cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium flame.(add more water if required)
Now peel the skin of tomatoes and take into a blender jar,add chillies and all other ingredients and blend into a smooth paste.
Now your yummy tasty red chillies chutney for momos is ready to serve.

Pour water |
Cook on medium flame for 20 minutes |
Remove from fire and let it cool for some time |
Peel the skin and take into a blender |
Add chillies,ginger and garlic |
Add vinegar |
Add salt and sugar |
Blend into a fine puree |
Take in to a bowl and enjoy!!!! |
