I'm using chena it should be crumbly like this
take a pan pour condensed milk
add chena/grated paneer to condensed milk
mix well
now put this pan on heat
Cook on medium flame by stirring continuously
stir,stir
stir
After 5 minutes add crushed cardamom
stir well
Cook till it absorbs the moisture
it should be like this consistency, don't over dry it....it takes 10 minutes for whole process, that's it switchoff the flame
take greased plate/mould pour kalakand mixture
sprinkle dry fruits on top and let it cool for couple of hours
Cut into pieces (if it's not coming into pieces no problem just have it with a spoon or refrigerate for 30 minutes and cut into pieces)
Enjoy the taste!!!!!
