This is no cook easy and tasty chutney/pachhadi which well goes with biryani,bagara rice and steamed rice. It is filled with flavors of coriander leaves, mint leaves.
I want my blog with each and every recipe which is good in taste and easy to make.so,today I planned to post this yummy chutney.
I mostly serve this chutney/pachhadi with bagara rice along with aloo gosh khurma which I have posted before,it tastes these three combo is really awesome!!!!!!
We just need few minutes to make this chutney,then let's get started......

Ingredients :
Fresh coconut : 1/3 cup (sliced)
Tamarind : Lemon size
Green chillies : 5or as per your taste
Small tomato : 1
Garlic cloves : 4
Mint leaves : 1/3 cup
Coriander leaves : 1/3 cup
Small onion : 1
Salt to taste
Preparation :
First soak tamarind in sufficient water for 15 minutes
Take chutney jar add coconut just blend coarsely
Add soaked tamarind and pulse 2 to 3 times
Now add green chillies and garlic cloves blend it coarsely now add coriander leaves, mint leaves,garlic ,salt and tomato then pour water which we have soaked tamarind and blend it coarsely
Now add onion and just pulse it now (add some water if required) coconut, coriander chutney is ready.
take your ingredients, soak Tamarind in water
blend coconut coarsely
then tamarind blend it
Then blend chillies and garlic
then tomato
salt coriander leaves,mint leaves blend it
Then onion and some water and blend it chutney is ready!!!! (blend onions coarsely it tastes great)
