Best way to beat this summer with this chilled falooda. Recently prepared this yummy falooda and the taste was awesome!!!!!!
The special part of this recipe is I used homemade falooda sev /falooda noodles in this recipe.....I have seen so many people they use wheat semiya, but u don't want to use normal semiya in my falooda....i want the exact taste which we eat outside.so,made my own falooda noodles at home. Making falooda noodles is so simple and easy.homemade falooda noodles gives the extra taste to your falooda.

Ingredients :
For falooda noodles
Corn flour : 1/2 cup
Sugar : 2 table spoons
Water : 1 1/4 cup
Bowl full of ice cold water
For making falooda :
Basil seeds : 1 table spoon
Falooda noodles
Rose syrup/rooh afza
milk (boiled and chilled)
Vanilla ice cream
Pack of jelly crystals
Preparation For falooda noodles :
First take a pan add corn flour,sugar and water then mix it well with out lumps
Now put this pan on flame and start stirring
Stir continuously till it becomes thick like sticky dough
Now immediately put this dough in muruku press by using sev plate
Now take bowl full of ice cold water and press the muruku press in ice cold water
Now let the noodles sit for 20 minutes in refrigerator
Now falooda noodles are ready to use
Preparation of falooda :
Soak sabza seeds in water for 30 minutes to 1 hour
Now make jelly as recipe calls on pack
Now take a glass add 2 tea spoons of soaked sabza seeds then add some noodles then pour 2 table spoons of rose syrup/rooh afza then add 1 table spoon of jelly then pour milk up to 3/4 of glass then drop a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top with some rooh afza /rose syrup
Now yummy homemade falooda is ready to serve!!!!!
NOTE : you can adjust all ingredients in falooda as per your taste so I didn't mentioned quantity of ingredients
add all noodles ingredients in pan mix well
put on flame start cooking,Stir continuously without lumps
while it is hot put in sev press
Press dough in ice cold water
Falooda noodles are ready to use
