CHRISTMAS ROCKY ROAD BARS RECIPE


This wa the recipe in my list which I wanted to share in this month for Christmas. This is 100% chocolate lovers and kids dish. Because it has lots of chocolate, marshmallows,biscuits, tutti frutti, candied cherries!!!!!  Yummy!!!!! Mouthwatering right? Making these Rocky roads at home are pretty simple to make at home.you know I used my homemade marshmallows ,homemade tutti frutti and homemade condensed milk in this recipe. Feeling really proud of my self... Hahaha.... And one more thing, you can use any roasted nuts and dry fruits to make more tastier.

Ingredients :

Dark/milk chocolate : 200 grams
Condensed milk : 100 grams(recipe here)
Marshmallows : 100 grams(recipe here)
Biscuits : 150 grams (you can use any biscuits)
Tutti frutti and glazed cherries : 1/2 cup(recipe here)
Unsalted Butter : 100 grams

Method :

First line any baking tray or plate with parchment paper and set a side

Now bring chocolate to room temperature and shred it.

Take biscuits in a zip lock bag and crush them well.

Now take chocolate and butter into a oven safe glass bowl or steel bowl and melt chocolate in double boiler

Now add condensed milk and mix it well until well combined

Now remove from fire and add all remaining ingredients and mix it well

Now add this mixture to lined tray and spread and press it evenly.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight And remove parchment paper,cut into bars and serve.
Take all your ingredients

Shred chocolate

Take your biscuits

Crush them

Line a baking tray with parchment paper

Take butter and chocolate in a bowl

Melt it in double boiler

Add condensed milk

Mix it well

Remove from fire and add tutti frutti, cherries

Add marshmallows

Add crushed biscuits

Mix it well

Add it to lined tray and level it evenly

Refrigerate for couple of hours or more

It is well set now

Remove parchment paper

Cut into bars like this

Serve
