Chicken bread rolls are an easy and tasty snack to have in iftar and any other parties. Preparation is so simple and easy. My family's all time favorite snJack.Tastes really great with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.

Ingredients :
Boneless chicken : 200 grams(cut into small pieces)
Medium Bread slices : 12 to 15 or as needed
Medium chopped onions : 2
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves : 1/4 cup
Besan/gram flour : 1/3 cup
Oil for deep frying
Method :
First heat 2 table spoons of oil in a pan and add chicken pieces and fry for 3 to 4 minutes by adding some salt.
Now add ginger garlic paste and and saute until raw flavors disappear.
Now add onions and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add all spice powders and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now add coriander leaves and saute for a minute and remove fire.
Let it cool completely. Then take this mixture into a blender and blend it coarsely.
Now take bread slices and cut the sides of bread slices. Blend sides of bread slices for few seconds. Now your bread crumbs are ready. We will use them later.
Now take gram flour in bowl add 200 ml to 250 ml of water and make a thin paste.
Now take water in a bowl,dip a slice of bread in water just for a second. Place it in between your palms and press gently to squeeze out the water. Make sure that you take out the bread slice from water, otherwise it will be difficult to handle.
Now place some prepared chicken filling at the center. Carefully bring the edges of bread slices together and cover the filling with bread. Shape as required.
Now dip this in thin gram flour batter for a second and roll them well in bread crumbs.
Now drop them in hot oil and fry on both sides until they changes into golden color. Serve hot.

Now take gram flour and water in a bowl |
Mix without lumps |
Now take one bread slice,just dip in water for a second |
Press it in between your palms gently |
Place some filling in the middle |
Gently cover the filling with bread and shape it |
Now just dip it in gram flour batter for a second |
Roll it well in bread crumbs |
Drop them in hot oil |
Fry on both sides until they changes into color |
Take them into a plate |
Serve hot |
