WATERMELON MOJITO RECIPE


Watermelon mojito is a refreshing and healthy drink in summers and perfect for any parties. This watermelon mojito can be prepared at home with very simple natural ingredients. Tastes absolutely awesome. We had this yummy watermelon mojito in iftar and it was really refreshing.mint leaves gives a nice refreshing flavor and taste to this mojito. I highly recommend you try this recipe at home and I'm sure you will definitely love it.

Servings : 2

Need : 250 ml of serving glasses

Ingredients :


Watermelon pieces : 2 cups
Powdered sugar : 2 table spoons
Mint leaves : 1 table spoon
Ice cubes as needed
Club soda as needed
Lemon : 2 (cut into cubes)

Method :

First take watermelon into a blender and blend into a fine puree

 now take lemon and mint leaves,add powdered sugar and crush them for few seconds.(you can adjust sugar as per your taste).

Now take 2 serving glasses, add crushed lemon along with juice.

Now add lots of ice cubes or crushed ice

Now fill half of the glass with watermelon juice,then pour club soda over it. Stir it gently and serve with straw.

That's it yummy refreshing watermelon mojito is ready!!!!

Take watermelon into a blender

Crush them for few seconds

Now take serving glasses and add lemon and mint mixture into the glasses

Add ice cubes or crushed ice

Fill half of the glass with watermelon juice

Now pour club soda

Stir it gently

Serve!!!
