Aloo chana chaat is a very famous dish in Pakistan and north India. It is so easy to make and has a yummy chatpata taste. I'm a big chaat lover, so I always try to make tasty chaat dishes at home. Homemade chaats are not only tasty but they very healthy too. Especially this aloo chana chaat. You should only boil chick peas and potatoes,every other ingredients goes In recipe are raw ingredients.trust me and try this recipe,you gonna love it for sure.

Ingredients :
Chick peas/kabuli chana : 1 1/2 cup
Medium boiled potatoes : 2 (peeled and chopped)
Medium chopped onions : 2
Large Chopped tomato : 1
Chopped Coriander leaves : 1/3 cup
Chopped mint leaves : 1/4 cup
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Chat masala : 2 tea spoons
Roasted cumin powder : 1 tea spoon
Lemon juice : 2 table spoons
Sweet tamarind chutney/imli ki meethi chutney : 1/3 cup(Recipe here)
Method :
Soak chick peas for over night and boil until they turns soft.
Now take boiled chick peas in a bowl,add potatoes and all other ingredients and mix it well.
Now top with some khara sev(vam podi) and serve.

Add imli ki meethi chutney |
