Sheer khurma is a traditional sweet dish which we mostly prepare on eid. I always prepare sheer khurma on eid day itself and dum ke sewiyan day before eid. We serve this dish to everyone at home after eid namaz. But this time I couldn't make sheer khurma on eid because as you all know my hand was burnt very badly. My daughters love sheer khurma a lot. So, I promised them I will make sheer khurma once I will be fine. So, keeping my promise, prepared sheer khurma couple of days back and thought to share with you all.
