Hi guys....... Today I'm going to share yummy and healthy butterless almond cookies recipe. This is an easy and quick recipe which we can prepare under 20 minutes. They have rich yummy taste of almonds which your kids loves for sure. You don't need butter to bake these cookies, you just need handful of ingredients which are easily available in kitchen.

My one cup measures 200ml
Ingredients :
All purpose flour/maida : 2 cups/200 grams
Oil : 1/2 cup /100 ml (I used Sun flower oil)
Chopped almonds : 1/4 cup
Egg : 1
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
Baking powder : 3/4 tea spoon
Powdered sugar : 100 grams/1/2 cup
Method :
Take a mixing bowl, add egg and vanilla essence, whisk it well.
Now add powdered sugar and whisk it well.add oil and mix it well.
Now add flour and Baking powder, mix it well until all ingredients are well combined.
Now add almonds and mix it and form a dough.Now take some portion of dough, roll into a ball and flatten it slightly and arrange them in lined baking tray.
Bake them in 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes in preheated oven. (preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes)
Now take baked cookies from oven, let them cool completely and serve.
Note : cookies will be soft when they are hot, so let them cool completely before serving.
