hi, today I'm going to share another diwali recipe. That is besan, pepper muruku. Yes, this recipe is made with besan and coarsely blended pepper powder with butter. This dish is completely my recipe. Dad use to bring besan muruku when we were kids. That muruku inspired me to try this tasty crunchy muruku and tried by my self. It cameout really really well. Whole process was done in 15 minutes. You will definitely love the aroma of freshly blended pepper corns in this muruku after frying.Sounds interesting right. Ingredients :
Besan/Gram flour/chanaga pindi : 400 grams
Pepper corns : 1 1/2 table spoons
salt to taste
butter : 50 grams
Hot oil : 1/4 cup
Oil for deep frying
Method :
First coarsely blend pepper corns and keep it a side.
Now take besan add salt blended pepper corns mix it well
Now add hot oil and butter mix it.
Now add water little by little and make a dough
Now take muruku press fill with dough and press on plastic cover and add to hot oil. (u can press directly in oil if u wish)
Fry on medium heat on both sides until it changes into light golden color.
Take them into a plate,let them cool completely and store in airtight container and serve.

Add hot oil and butter then mix it |

Make a log shape |

Drop it in hot oil |
