CHILLI EGG RECIPE


Today I'm going to share yummy and easy chilli eggs recipe. One of my blog follower requested this recipe. So, yesterday prepared for dinner and served with vegetable fried rice. Combination was so good.you can serve This dish as tea time snacks, starter and as a side dish with any rice dish. I have not added spring onions, because every time spring onions are not available in my place. If you have spring onions add them finally and serve.

 ingredients :

Eggs : 5
oil for deep frying

For batter :
Corn flour : 1/2 cup
Maida : 2 table spoons
pinch if red food color
salt : 1/2 tea spoon

For tempering :

Oil : 2 table spoons
Diced capsicum : 1 (Medium)
Diced onions : 1 (Medium)
tomato sauce : 1table spoons
Red or Green Chilli sauce : 2 tea spoons
Soy sauce : 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Chopped garlic :  2 tea spoons
Chopped ginger : 2 tea spoons
Green chillies : 2 (sliced)
Spring onions : 1/2 cup
vinegar : 2 tea spoons

Method :

First hard boil eggs peel the shell and cut into halves and keep it a side

Now take all batter ingredients into a bowl add some water and make semi thick batter

Now dip boiled eggs in batter and fry in hot oil for 1 to 2 minutes then take them into a plate

Now  heat 2 table spoons of oil in a pan add chopped ginger,garlic and chillies saute for a while then add onions and capsicum saute for a while.

Now all sauces and vinegar and saute for few seconds then add fried eggs saute for few seconds finally add spring onions and remove from fire.


Boil eggs

Remove shells and cut them

Take corn flour,Maida,color and salt in bowl

Mix well

Add some water and make semi thick. Batter

Dip eggs in batter

Fry in hot oil

Take them into a plate

Heat some oil in a pan add garlic, ginger and chillies

Saute for a while

Add onions

Add capsicum saute for a while

Add vinegar and all sauces

Saute for few seconds

Add fried eggs saute them

Finally add pepper powder and spring onions and remove from fire
