Hi today I'm going to share another easy phulka recipe for beginners. Making phulka is pretty easy. You just need 2 ingredients to make these phulkas. They are very healthy for diabetic patients also. Even doctors suggests to eat phulkas at night right. I often prepare phulkas at home. Because my Hubby don't like oily parathas. He like to eat phulkas with any gravy. These phulkas well goes with any gravy. This time I served with rajma masala curry. Combination was so yummy!!!!

Ingredients :
Wheat flour : 250 grams
Salt : 1/2 tea spoon
water as needed
Method :
Take wheat flour and salt in a bowl mix well. Then add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover with lid or wet cloth and rest it for 30 minutes.
Now divide dough into small portions, sprinkle some flour and roll small roti (big roti will not puff up much)
Heat pan place rolled roti on pan roast for 30 seconds then turn it and roast for 30 seconds.
Now put this roti on direct flame (flame should be medium) it will puff nicely turn on other side and take into a plate and serve.

Let it rest for a while |

Take small portion of dough sprinkle some flour |

Roll it |
|
Place on hot tawa roast it for 30 seconds |

Turn on other side let it roast for 30 seconds |

Put this on flame |
|
It will puff up nicely |
|
Take into a plate and serve!!!! |
