Bhatura is a fluffy deep fried bread from India. It is often eaten with chole masala .making the traditional dish chole bhature. This combination tastes really awesome. A typical recipe includes Maida, yogurt, oil and baking powder or yeast. But today I used baking powder in this recipe.
