Egg samosa is a quick and easy recipe which tastes really delicious. Whenever I want to make some quick snacks for kids, this recipe will come to mind immediately. It's pretty simple to make with easily available ingredients. I just made some egg bhurji and used as filling in this recipe. I used storebought samosa sheets. But will share homemade samosa sheet recipe soon.

Ingredients :
Samosa sheets : 10 to 12
Large eggs : 2
large Chopped onions : 2
Chopped green chilly : 1
ginger garlic paste : 1/2 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tea spoon
chopped coriander leaves : 1/3 cup
Maida/all purpose flour : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method :
Heat 1 table spoon of oil in a pan.add Onions and green chillies,saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
Now add ginger garlic paste,saute for until raw flavors disappear
Now add salt, turmeric and chilly powder saute for few seconds.
Now break eggs and add to onions and start stirring continuously.
Stir until mixture gets dry,finally add coriander leaves saute for few seconds and remove from fire.Let the mixture cools completely.
Mix Maida with little water and make a paste.
Now take samosa sheet and make a small cone fill some stuffing and wrap it, seal the edges with Maida mix.
Now drop them in hot oil and fry on both sides until they changes into golden color, take them into a plate and serve hot.
Heat some oil add onions and green chillies saute them |
Add ginger garlic paste saute it |
Add spice powders and salt saute for few seconds |
Break and add eggs |
Stir it well |
Add coriander leaves |
Saute well and remove from fire |
Let it cool completely |
Mix Maida with water and make a paste |
Take samosa sheet |
Put some filling and wrap it |
Apply Maida mix on edges and seal it |
Now it's ready to fry |
Drop them in hot oil |
Fry on both sides |
Take it into a plate |
Serve hot |
