CHICKEN 65 RECIPE


Hi, I hope you are enjoying your day. I'm relaxing today, no cooking today, having lunch at mama's place,enjoying Yummy fish fry and fish curry. Today I'm going to share yummy and easy chicken 65 recipe. I often prepare chicken 65 at home and serves with fried rice and biryani or as starter. You can take boneless chicken or with bones. Making chicken 65 is pretty simple just add all ingredients ,mix, marinate and deep fry them. This is my version of making chicken 65 which is very famous in my family.Very easy right.then give it a try and let me know how it turned out for you.


Ingredients :

Chicken : 500 grams
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tea spoons
Garam masala : 1/2 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
red food color : as needed
tomato sauce : 2 tea spoons
Chilly sauce : 1 tea spoon
Soy sauce : 1 tea spoon
Thick curd : 100 ml
Salt to taste
chat masala : 1/2 tea spoon
lemon juice : 1 table spoon
corn flour : 1/2 cup
Besan/gram flour/chanaga pindi : 2 table spoons

Oil for deep frying

Method :

Take chicken pieces. Pat dry them.add all ingredients and mix it well.marinate for 1 hour.

Now heat oil in a pan add marinated chicken pieces and fry on both sides until they turns crispy. Take into a plate and serve.

Fry on both sides and take into a bowl


Serve hot!!!
