Hi, today I'm going share tasty eggless Orange cake recipe. I baked this yummy cake on last Friday for my elder daughter rida. She was craving for some fresh fruit cake and She was suffering from fever so made eggless Orange cake using fresh orange juice and pulp. Cake turned to be really perfect. Texture is so soft and tastes really yummy. You don't need butter and condensed milk to bake this yummy cake. Yes, you can easily make this at home whenever you want with easily available ingredients in your kitchen.

Ingredients :
All purpose flour/maida : 1 1/2 cup
Thick unsour yogurt : 1/2 cup (beaten)
fresh orange juice : 1/2 cup
Orange pulp :2 table spoons (optional)
oil : 1/2 cup
Orange or vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
Powdered sugar : 3/4 cup
Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
baking soda : 1/2 tea spoon
Method :
Grease and dust flour to 8 inch cake mold and keep it a side.
Now take beaten curd in a bowl add powdered sugar and whisk it well.
Now add oil whisk it, then add Orange juice ,essence and pulp whisk it well.
Now take a sieve add flour, baking powder and baking soda, sift it well and add to wet ingredients and mix without lumps.
Now pour this batter to prepared mold and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 180 degrees celsius preheated oven.(preheat oven for 10 minutes in 180 degrees)
Insert toothpick if it comes out clean your cake is done.
Let it cool completely and demold,slice and serve.

Add sifted flour to wet ingredients |
Mix without lumps |
Cake Batter is ready |
Now pour this batter to prepared cake tin |
Bake it |
Add Insert toothpick or knife if it comes out clean, cake is done |
Slice it |
