This recipe is the basic version in muffins. If you want do icing on these muffins they will turn into vanilla cup cakes. Interesting right. I'm going to share more cup cakes, muffins and frosting recipes in my blog.so, follow my blog for quick updates.

Ingredients :
All purpose flour/maida : 1 1/2 cup
Eggs : 2
Butter : 100 grams/(2/3 cup)
powdered sugar : 1 cup
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
baking powder : 1 tea spoon
baking soda : 1/4 tea spoon
warm milk : 1/3 cup
My 1 cup measures 200ml (all ingredients must be in room temperature)
Makes : 12 muffins
Method :
Bring butter to room temperature then add powdered sugar and beat it well.
Now add eggs one at a time and beat it well
Now add vanilla essence and beat it well.
Now take a sieve add flour, baking powder and baking soda sift it well and add this flour gradually to butter and egg mixture and mix it well without lumps finally pour milk and mix well.
Now preheat oven in 180 degrees
Line muffin tray with paper cups and add a medium scoop of batter in muffin mold tap the mold once.
Now bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 180 degrees.
Now let it cool completely and demold it and serve.
Add sugar to butter |
Cream it well |
Add egg one at a time |
Beat it well and continue same process for another egg |
Now add vanilla essence |
Mix it well |
Take a sieve add baking powder and baking baking soda |
Sift it |
Gradually add flour to butter mixture |
Mix it without lumps |
Now pour milk |
Mix it well |
Line muffin tray with paper cups |
Fill 3/4 of mold with batter |
Now bake them |
Let them cool completely |
Serve!!!! |
